Our client is the UK-headquartered international division of a major entertainment distribution organisation. The business was growing very rapidly following a reversion of rights, with turnover projected to hit $1bn. Existing IT systems were aging, and many were bespoke.

  • Parkwell provided consultancy and project management, while the client provided key staff from their IT department and other key business areas.
  • Our approach was based on our proprietary methodology STRATEGY, and we reviewed the following: business plans and goals, existing IT systems, and the structure, skills and staffing levels of the existing IT department.
