Our client is a well-established medium-sized Wealth Manager with assets under management of circa £10bn and offices around the UK. As part of their programme of improving their business infrastructure, they determined to recruit a senior Business Manager able to support one of the Directors in transforming the platform for their investment management team of just over 100 managers.
Parkwell were engaged to identify and source candidates, assess them and manage the associated recruitment process.
It was important to draw candidates with senior operational and commercial experience gained across functions of a Wealth Management or Institutional Asset Management business.
We sourced candidates through headhunting, networking and advertising and assessed them through initial review of CVs and telephone conversation. We then interviewed 14 candidates who we felt could be seriously reviewed, and shortlisted 5.
